I had a project I wasn't sure was going to actually work out; I had purchased a very heavy shelf for my cat to hang out on so he could climb higher in the bedroom. I didn't know if my plaster walls could safely support the weight of the shelf. I'm so glad I hired Dmitri for the job. He can handle anything, based on my observations today. The shelf went up like it was nothing, along with some wall mounted perches to help my cat reach the shelf and more of the same perches on the opposite wall. The place looks like a proper climbing gym now and I couldn't be any happier with Dmitri's politeness, professionalism and eye for aesthetics.

We hired Dmitry and his team to help move from Philly to NYC, my parents also moved the same day so it was a 2 day 2 apartment move including storage overnight. Dmitry and team were nothing short of amazing through the whole process. They worked extremely efficiently, packed everything for both apartments, and everything made it with no damage. Dmitry was very communicative through the whole move even when there were issues out of their control. We could not recommend them enough!

I had a great experience with TrustedMoving. The move went smoothly overall and the team handled everything with care. It did take a bit longer than anticipated, but the movers were professional, friendly, and worked hard the entire time. I’d definitely recommend them to others looking for reliable movers.

Hired them for moving and I think they did a great job. Good communication to set everything up, everyone showed up on time and the movers were speedy, careful, courteous, with plenty of positive energy. The move itself took longer than estimated, but still as far as pricing was concerned it Dmitry and the movers were very transparent about it all. I'd definitely recommend

Very positive experience with Trusted Moving. I was moving an entire house's contents, inside and out, and the team always had a good attitude, listened to any concerns I had, and worked really, really hard to make sure everything was done. It's not an easy experience to move so much stuff and it's not easy to do this work, but the team made it as pleasant as it could be for such a thing. Pricing and details were all very transparent, and I think the total price of my two-day move came in a little lower than the estimate. Overall, highly recommend and would use them again.

Great experience with Trusted Moving. The crew was fast, professional, careful, and incredibly hardworking (we literally had to beg them to take a short break) Communication with the owner was clear and easy. Just note that they charge by the hour, so NYC factors like elevators, parking, and building access can add time even if the crew is doing their best.. We were quoted 5 hours and it was longer but the team stayed efficient throughout. Excellent movers, just be realistic about the logistics of your building/parking etc when preparing.

Trusted Moving NYC was highly recommended in the Smithtown Mom’s Facebook group, and they absolutely lived up to the praise. Dmitry and his team went above and beyond during a very emotional and complex move — relocating my parents from their home of 20+ years to a senior living community in Connecticut, with an additional stop along the way. Amber and the crew arrived early, packed everything efficiently, and were incredibly thoughtful and compassionate throughout the entire process. They even set up my parents’ rooms and assembled furniture at the new location. Their professionalism and care significantly reduced what could have been a very stressful experience. I highly recommend Trusted Moving NYC.
